Your contribution

• Manage technical and project controlling of our construction projects.
• Prepare and maintain working calculations and support project teams with economic issues.
• Conduct variance analyses and analyze cost developments and project key figures.
• Create monthly reports, evaluations, and decision-making bases for project management.
• Develop deviation analyses and post-calculations to identify optimization potentials.
• Support subcontractor and supplier allocations as well as budget planning.
• Analyze and verify calculation key figures, contributing to the economic management of projects.
• Participate in the further development and optimization of existing processes.

What matters to us

• Completed degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable technical training.
• Several years of professional experience in technical controlling, project controlling, or a similar function in the construction industry.
• Very good user knowledge in RIB iTWO and practical experience in working calculations and project management are essential.
• Proficient handling of calculation and billing programs and pronounced business understanding.
• Analytical thinking and a structured, independent, responsible way of working.
• High commitment, teamwork skills, and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland.
