Business & Finance Controller (M/F/D)

Boost our Finance team by bringing your expertise in controlling to an international setting. You will play a central role in the financial management of our company. Ensure that sound analyses and precise figures form the basis for business decisions. Combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and contribute actively to achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS, including Hard Close.
• Analyze financial figures, track deviations, and present them appropriately.
• Be responsible for budgeting and creating business plans and rolling forecasts.
• Handle liquidity planning and cash controlling.
• Engage actively in projects (e.g., M&A, process optimizations) in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• A completed degree or comparable education in business administration, finance, or controlling serves as your professional foundation.
• Several years of professional experience (at least 3-5 years) in accounting and controlling and solid IFRS knowledge define you.
• A secure command of SAP R/3 FI/CO and common MS Office applications is required.
• Excellent German and English skills, both orally and in writing, are a must.
• Your working style is characterized by analytical thinking, responsibility, and high independence.
