Your tasks

• Create reports, budgets, and forecasts; analyze revenue and cost developments.
• Develop a financial impact model showing relationships between tasks, time needs, costs, and risks.
• Analyze specific services and business areas; create calculations and forecasts.
• Answer financial questions independently and collaborate closely with management.
• Implement risk-based controlling, monitor economic development, and highlight deviations and risks early.

Your profile

• Hold a business degree with a focus on finance or controlling.
• Possess several years of controlling experience, preferably in the service sector.
• Recognize financial cause-and-effect relationships and capture them in clear models and metrics.
• Have strong Excel skills and ideally experience with Power BI and AI tools.
• Work independently, structured, and reliably, bringing proactive experience to this newly created position.
