What you will accomplish

• Participate in quarterly and annual closing works
• Assist in asset management, including monitoring and accounting for investments
• Help manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting
• Contribute to internal financial projects in the areas of digitization, automation, and process optimization (design, documentation, and implementation)
• Prepare statistics and customized analyses
• Substitute for colleagues within the team in case of absence

What you bring

• Education: Federal certificate
• Specialization: Finance and Accounting
• Professional experience: 2-5 years in Finance and Accounting
• Completed commercial apprenticeship supplemented by further training in accounting/finance (Federal Certificate of Specialist in Finance and Accounting)
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a logistics or manufacturing company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and French
• Mastery of SAP S/4HANA and common applications from the Microsoft Office suite
• Flexible and committed personality, with a strong quality focus and respect for deadlines
• Proactive attitude allowing you to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in your area of responsibility and achieve set objectives.
