Prepare for an exciting challenge in the "Service Center Resources" of the Security Directorate (SID). As a specialist in financial planning and controlling, you will be active within the "Finance Competence Center SID".

Your Tasks

• Advise management and operational managers regarding financial planning and control as a direct business partner for the offices you support.
• Ensure compliance with professional and deadline requirements within the overall planning and controlling processes (budgeting, forecasts, trend reporting).
• Maintain the controlling structures of the offices you support and ensure necessary accounting quality.
• Support management in credit transactions and operate a professional credit management.
• Ensure a need-based financial controlling; prepare relevant management information in customer-oriented reporting.
• Actively participate in the continuous development of processes and instruments and contribute to projects.

Your Profile

• Higher business education (university, FH, HF) or commercial training with further training in accounting/controlling.
• Several years of experience in controlling or in auditing/trust.
• Several years of experience in commenting on discrepancies and business reports.
• Experience in preparing monthly and annual financial statements is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and editorial skills; advisory competence and assertiveness.
• Solid knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and very good Excel skills are expected; knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in German and French (spoken and written).
