Your mission

Lead the entire Finance & Controlling function of Bechtle Switzerland SA while driving and supporting the transformation of financial operations within Swiss entities.

Combine financial management responsibilities, business partnering, controlling, accounting governance, harmonization of processes, automation, performance visibility PMO, and operational excellence of the finance function.

Financial Leadership:

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and yearly closures processes.
• Provide management reporting and relevant financial analysis for decision-making to the Managing Director and local management.
• Support strategic decisions and contribute to improving the profitability of Bechtle Switzerland SA, and potentially other entities.

Financial Operations and Governance:

• Participate in standardizing financial processes between different Swiss entities, providing leadership when necessary.
• Support and drive financial initiatives aimed at improving performance management, including standard costs, inter-company transactions, profitability of services by technology areas, etc.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and governance of Navision.
• Supervise invoicing, WIP, customer receivables, and analytical accounting.

Transformation and Automation:

• Support automation initiatives related to Quote-to-Bill, Project Management, and Services Management processes.
• Collaborate with IT to improve ERP integrations and reporting tools.
• Prepare data migration for the upcoming implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
• Contribute to enhancing the IT environment.

Team Management:

• Manage, support, and develop the local Finance & Controlling team.
• Strengthen collaboration within the team by establishing cross-responsibilities.
• Assist managers in managing their financial performance.

Stakeholder Management:

• Be the main point of contact for the Swiss Management Team, Group Finance, auditors, and business leaders.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Accuracy and adherence to closure and reporting deadlines.
• Quality of budget and forecasts.
• Reliability of invoicing and WIP tracking.
• Performance of customer collections.
• Results from audits and compliance levels.
• Efficiency of finance processes and progress on automation initiatives.
• Satisfaction of business stakeholders.
