Position Overview

Join a leading Swiss group as a Finance Manager for a fast-paced, strategic role based in Romandy. This position requires a proactive individual ready to engage fully in a comprehensive role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare examination and analysis of quarterly and annual financial statements and reports.
• Consolidate financial figures across multiple entities.
• Create, improve, and optimize internal procedures.
• Supervise internal controls ensuring compliance with group policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and ensure the completion of the annual audit, guaranteeing the integrity and accuracy of financial statements according to group accounting standards.
• Contribute to projects alongside the CFO.
• Produce tax declarations and submit them to authorities.

Desired Profile

• Federal Certificate or equivalent expertise.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in external audit, preferably with a Big 4 firm; additional experience in a corporate setting is a plus.
• Familiarity with group environments, tight deadlines, and demanding reporting requirements.
• Natural leadership, strong sense of responsibility, high level of engagement and personal commitment.
• Comfortable in changing contexts, growth, and with multiple priorities.
• Proficient in English (C1 level).
