Description

For our client, a human-sized firm in the investment sector, we are looking for a Finance Manager to strengthen the department following a leave. Possible CDD then permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounting operations tracking and monitoring.
• Participate in periodic accounting closings and preparation of financial statements.
• Ensure the reliability, accuracy, and consistency of accounting and financial data.
• Prepare, control, and transmit regulatory reports to the FINMA and BNS.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to Swiss banking establishments.
• Participate in internal controls monitoring and risk management related to accounting and financial activities.
• Contribute to the preparation and control of relevant tax declarations.
• Participate in the implementation and monitoring of obligations related to QI (Qualified Intermediary), FATCA, and CRS.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking accounting.
• Excellent mastery of FINMA/BNS reporting and banking financial statements.
• Excellent mastery of Excel.
• Good knowledge of QI / FATCA / CRS matters.
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss banking taxation.
• Languages: French and English.
• Quick availability by the end of the year.
• Salary to be discussed, no remote work.
