Finance Manager Planning & Analysis (w/m/d)

You take on a central role in the financial leadership of Migros Industrie - focusing on clear drivers, transparent cost structures, and effective IT controlling. You set standards, improve processes, and provide precise reports to management for informed decisions.

What you will do

  • Control the financial management of Migros Industrie AG, ensuring transparency regarding costs, resources, budgets, forecasts, and projects.
  • Responsible for the financial management of the overheads of Migros Industrie, defining cost and management logics, developing meaningful driver models, and ensuring compliance with uniform standards.
  • Further develop IT controlling and support informed decisions regarding IT services, business cases, and transformation initiatives.
  • As a sparring partner for management, departments, and production sites, identify financial impacts of operational developments and derive concrete recommendations for action.
  • Continuously develop management reporting and the underlying management logics, ensuring consistent metrics and creating a unified financial overview as a basis for informed decisions.
  • Accompany strategic programs like ONE with progress, cost, and benefit analyses and create transparency regarding their economic success.

What you bring

  • Education: Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF) in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling or a comparable field. Further training in finance (e.g. Controlling, Accounting, FP&A) is an advantage.
  • Work experience: Several years of experience in controlling ideally in an industrial, production, or FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge in the areas of Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
  • Experience in the analysis of business metrics and the derivation of financial impacts and recommendations for action.
  • High analytical skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly and appropriately to the audience.
  • Confident use of ERP and BI systems, particularly SAP and Power BI.
  • Understanding of IT finance, business cases, and transformation projects is an advantage.
  • Languages: German (B2), French (A2), English (B1).
