Job Description

You will take a central role in the financial management of Migros Industrie, focusing on clear drivers, transparent cost structures, and effective IT controlling. You set standards, improve processes, and provide management with precise reports for informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage the controlling of Migros Industrie AG, ensuring transparency in costs, resources, budgets, forecasts, and projects.
• Oversee the financial control of overhead costs, defining cost and control logics, developing meaningful driver models, and ensuring compliance with uniform standards.
• Continuously improve IT controlling and support informed decisions concerning IT services, business cases, and transformation initiatives.
• As a sparring partner for management and departments, identify financial impacts of operational developments and derive concrete recommendations for action.
• Continuously enhance management reporting and underlying control logics, ensure consistent key figures, and create a unified financial picture as a basis for informed decisions.
• Accompany strategic programs such as ONE with progress, cost, and benefit analyses, thus creating transparency over their economic success.

Requirements

• Education: Completed studies (University/ETH, FH, HF) in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in an industrial, production, or FMCG environment.
• Strong knowledge in Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience in analyzing business metrics and deriving financial impacts and recommendations.
• High analytical competence with the ability to present complex issues understandably and appropriately.
• Proficient with ERP and BI systems, especially SAP and Power BI.
• Understanding of IT finance, business cases, and transformation projects is an advantage.
• Languages: German (B2), French (A2), English (B1).
