Finance Manager Planning & Analysis (w/m/d)

You take on a central role in the financial management of Migros Industries, focusing on clear drivers, transparent cost structures, and effective IT controlling. You set standards, improve processes, and deliver precise reports for informed decision-making.

What you will do

• Control the budgeting and ensure transparency in costs, resources, and projects.
• Take responsibility for the financial management of overhead costs across Migros Industries.
• Further develop IT controlling to support informed decisions about IT services and business cases.
• Identify financial impacts of operational developments and provide concrete recommendations.
• Continuously improve management reporting and ensure consistent metrics for decisions.
• Accompany strategic programs with progress, cost, and benefit analyses.

What you bring

• Education: Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or similar.
• Experience in controlling, ideally in an industry, production, or FMCG environment.
• Solid knowledge in Financial Planning & Analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analytical competence to prepare complex matters understandably.
• Proficient in ERP and BI systems, especially SAP and Power BI.
• Understanding of IT finances and transformation projects is an advantage.
• Languages: German (B2), French (A2), English (B1).
