Financial & Accounting Clerk (w/m/d)

The Halag Chemie AG, UFAG Laboratorien AG, ufamed AG, and SwissVets AG form the Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Food Safety within the fenaco group and contribute significantly to food safety in Switzerland - from hygiene to analytics to animal health.

For the SBU Food Safety, we are looking for a committed and reliable personality in the field of Finance & Accounting at our location in Sursee.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations
• Manage the general ledger and subledgers (financial, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting)
• Process and monitor payment transactions
• Handle reminders and collections
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings according to group guidelines, SWISS GAAP FER, and OR
• Perform general administrative tasks in finance and accounting.

Profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Initial professional experience in finance and accounting
• Proficient in ERP systems and strong Excel skills
• Affinity for numbers and a precise, reliable way of working
• Team-oriented and committed personality with a strong sense of responsibility
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Switzerland.
