Your Challenge

• Take on the professional and managerial leadership of the finance and accounting department and develop your team accordingly.
• Be responsible for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to applicable standards and ensure the quality of financial reporting.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing solid decision-making foundations for management.
• Optimize existing processes and systems in the finance area and actively drive digitalization.
• Be the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders such as auditors, authorities, and banks.

Your Qualities and Talents

• You have a solid education in finance and accounting (e.g., diploma or comparable further training) and bring several years of leadership experience (ideally in the industry).
• Finalization security and a deep understanding of business relationships define you.
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and keep a clear overview even in challenging situations.
• Your communication strength enables you to interact at various hierarchical levels.
• You enjoy questioning and sustainably improving processes.
• Very good German language skills.
