Then be part of our Fraud Prevention Team! We are looking for a fluent and flexible personality who enjoys shift work and makes quick decisions.

The Role

• Analysis & Prevention: Monitor our fraud prevention system and process suspicious transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Customer Contact: In case of suspicion, you will contact our customers by phone and clarify the situation.
• Multilingual Communication: Conduct professional conversations in German, Austrian German, and English - Italian is a plus.
• Advice & Security: Inform customers about card security, fraud prevention, and help prevent misuse.

Requirements

• Fluency: Excellent German, Austrian German, and English skills (Italian is an advantage).
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts (24/7) - your shifts will be planned in advance.
• Communication Skills: Enjoy phone conversations and remain professional in challenging situations.
• Responsibility: Reliability, independence, and a trustworthy working style characterize you.
• Knowledge in Digital Banking Products: Advantageous
• Career Changers/Returnees are welcome.

Onboarding:
To ensure you start off well, you will work with a 100% workload for the first three weeks for training.
