Head of Finance

Lead finance operations and ensure financial clarity in a dynamic environment. Be responsible for:

• Overall responsibility for financial accounting including closing (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Steering the budgeting process and ongoing controlling
• Optimizing and ensuring efficient administrative processes
• Acting as a sparring partner for the management team on business matters
• Assisting the Board of Directors with meeting organization and minutes taking
• Responsible for shareholder matters
• Organizing the General Assembly and coordinating the annual report
• Tax declaration including the settlement of withholding tax and VAT
• Managing insurance matters
• Supporting property issues and project work

What you bring

• Further education in finance and accounting
• Experience in comparable roles with high responsibility
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Understanding of an SME environment
• Experience with Infoniqa is an advantage
