Position Overview

Join the ambitious team in the Winterthur area! We are looking for you as the future member of the management team in the field of trust and real estate.
As the responsible head of the trust area, you will also be part of the management. Your tasks will include the further development and expansion of the existing trust area, as well as enhancing services in the areas of construction trust and inheritances. You will also expand the tax/trust area of real estate companies. In the areas of inheritances and will management, the existing synergies for property management and marketing will be further developed.

Main Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for all tax-related matters
• Accounting and annual financial statements of all existing customers
• Consultancy in trust matters and all related tasks
• New: Construction trust from advice to monitoring the construction budget
• Leading a small team

Required Qualifications

• Leadership and team responsibility
• Leadership competence
• Education as a trustee with federal diploma or
• Federal diploma in finance and accounting or
• Diploma in trust expert/tax expert
• Several years of professional experience in trust services (Switzerland)
• Knowledge in tax law, accounting, and annual financial statements
• High responsibility awareness for the team and tasks/mandates
• Strong leadership competence and self-assurance both internally and externally
