Your missions

• Produce reports for internal entities (Departments, General Management, Board of Directors) and external entities (Finma, BNS) using tools like RStudio/R.
• Ensure the proper functioning of End User Computings (EUCs) (in Access/VBA) for the department and provide internal support for these developments.
• Optimize internal and external information sources to provide the Department, the Division, and the Bank with reliable and relevant data.
• Ensure the controlling of the Credit Support Department: analyses related to tracking credit risks (monitoring, overdrafts, etc.) and establishment of statistics.
• Detect opportunities for simplification and propose procedural improvements based on quantitative, objective, and financial analysis.
• Participate in working groups (IT and/or processes), or even lead them, and contribute to analyzing the current and future situation.
• Report on the progress of projects to management, highlighting risks (budget, deadlines).

Your profile

• Higher education in engineering, IT, finance, or sciences (EPF, HES or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of professional experience; experience in banking reporting is an asset.
• Proficiency in programming (RStudio/R, Python); knowledge of Access/VBA, SQL is desired.
• Ease with querying and manipulating data.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to optimize existing processes.
• Pleasant personality, comfortable in team work.
• Perfect command of French and good level of English.
