What you bring:
Commercial apprenticeship with further training in finance and accounting (e.g., federal certificate of proficiency, trust) or comparable qualification.
Several years of experience in a similar position, ideally as a sole accountant in an SME – you are familiar with conclusion and Swiss VAT and tax issues.
Experience with SAP Business One is an advantage.
Good knowledge of the MS Office environment.
Good German skills and good English skills in speaking and writing – you will regularly communicate with partners in Poland, the Balkans, and other countries.
Independent, structured, and reliable working style: In a team of our size, you lead your area independently and lend a hand wherever it is needed.
Interest in a long-term collaboration.
Discretion and careful handling of confidential information are self-evident for you.

What we offer you:
Opportunity for handover: Our current position holder will accompany the annual closing in 2026 and train you as needed.
Entrepreneurial freedom: Small team, short decision-making processes, direct contact with management.
Design opportunities: You can further develop processes and tools in your area; we encourage and promote good ideas/initiatives.
Long-term perspective: We are not filling this position for a few years, but are looking for someone who wants to establish something long-term.
Planable workload: 50%, the distribution across the weekdays will be set together. No travel activities.
Further education: We support professional further education with time and costs if they bring a noticeable benefit to the company.
Attractive employment conditions: 5 weeks vacation, pension fund contributions mainly financed by the company (80% employer, 20% employee), private accident insurance, on-site parking, home-office possibility after consultation, as well as regular team events and outings.
