Job Description

To support our IT team, we are looking for you as: Application Manager D365 Finance, HR & Lucanet, 80-100% (m/w/d) starting July 1 or by agreement.

Requirements:

• You want to not only operate applications but actively shape them?
• You enjoy working at the interface of IT, business, and external partners?
• You are a committed personality with training in IT or a technical field or comparable experience.
• You have professional experience in applications or service management, impress through analytical thinking, communication skills, and customer orientation.
• Knowledge of D365, Abacus, Lucanet, and ITIL is a plus but not a must.
• Openness to new tools like the Power Platform or Copilot Agents - or even first practical experiences with them - rounds off your profile.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and further develop our applications (D365 Finance, Abacus HR, Lucanet)
• Independently handle service requests and coordinate external partners
• Ensure stable operations and monitor performance
• Implement changes and actively participate in projects
• Train and support users - understandable, solution-oriented, on an equal footing
• Close collaboration with departments and stakeholders
• Participation in budget planning and resource management
• Automation with Power Platform & Copilot Agents
