Associate – Entrepreneurs & Families

Assist entrepreneurs in developing perspectives.
As an Associate, you will be part of demanding mandates for entrepreneurs and families in Switzerland and internationally. Together with experienced colleagues, you will gradually develop towards independent mandate management.

Your Focus:

• Gradual introduction to the care of entrepreneurs and families along with active involvement in demanding mandates
• Support mandate management in developing individual solutions and gradually taking on your own tasks and responsibilities
• Manage accounting for operational companies and personal structures
• Prepare VAT returns and assist in interim and annual financial statements
• Prepare tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Assist in budgeting, cash flow, and financial planning
• Coordinate ongoing mandates and ensure deadlines and appointments are met
• Close collaboration with specialists from tax, structuring, accounting, and law
• With increasing experience, take on direct customer contact and contribute independently to mandate management

Your Profile:

• Enjoy working with entrepreneurs and families, valuing long-term partnerships
• You think entrepreneurially, work systematically and reliably, and convince with integrity, discretion, and a high standard of quality.
• In addition, you bring:
  • Commercial training, ideally in the trust or financial sector
  • Further education as a trustee with federal certification or expert in finance and accounting with federal certification – or you are in such training
  • Interest in international mandates and cross-border issues
  • Proficient use of Abacus as well as digital accounting and reporting processes
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1)
