Business Compliance Specialist (a)

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for risk analysis and assessment of complex business relationships and transactions.
  • Act as a contact point for compliance issues and support client advisors in regulatory matters.
  • Ensure necessary documentation is complete and accurately recorded.
  • Communicate regulatory requirements clearly to front units and act as an advisory partner.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and tasks.

Requirements

  • Commercial diploma (EFZ) or higher business education, preferably in banking.
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, particularly GmeR and TmeR.
  • Fluent communication in German, preferably with knowledge of Swiss German.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Responsible, structured working style with inter-disciplinary thinking.
