Business Compliance Specialist (a)
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for risk analysis and assessment of complex business relationships and transactions.
- Act as a contact point for compliance issues and support client advisors in regulatory matters.
- Ensure necessary documentation is complete and accurately recorded.
- Communicate regulatory requirements clearly to front units and act as an advisory partner.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and tasks.
Requirements
- Commercial diploma (EFZ) or higher business education, preferably in banking.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, particularly GmeR and TmeR.
- Fluent communication in German, preferably with knowledge of Swiss German.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Responsible, structured working style with inter-disciplinary thinking.
