As a Business Controller for Sales, you will assist management with solid analyses and valuable insights. Thus, you will make a decisive contribution to the successful control and strategic development of our company.

Your Responsibilities

• Advise and support management, sales management, and departments as a competent business partner in business management issues.
• Prepare decision-making bases and profitability analyses.
• Analyze sales, margin, and result developments, and derive actionable recommendations.
• Conduct variance and trend comparisons and evaluate relevant performance metrics.
• Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning and validate planning data.
• Continuously develop management reporting and business analyses.
• Optimize reporting, controlling, and planning processes and actively shape the reporting landscape in Business Intelligence.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects and contribute to high data quality and transparency of financial information.

What We Value

• Completed business administration studies (university, technical college, or comparable).
• Several years of experience in business controlling, ideally in a sales environment.
• Solid knowledge in reporting, planning, forecasting, and business analyses.
• Proficient in Excel; SAP knowledge and experience with Cognos Analytics or comparable BI tools are an advantage.
• Analytical and networked thinking with a pronounced understanding of business relationships.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work.
• Strong advisory skills and the ability to communicate confidently with different stakeholders.
• Responsibility-taking, initiatively, and the ambition to achieve sustainable results together.
• Fluent communication skills in German and English.
