Job Description

Recognize, assess, and evaluate compliance risks related to Swiss law as well as group-wide guidelines.

• Possess knowledge in areas such as AML/CTF, FIDLEG, market conduct rules, or FATCA/QI/CRS.
• Draft policies, work instructions, and processes related to compliance topics.
• Advise management and front office on compliance-related issues.
• Conduct controls for compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on applicable legal and regulatory requirements, especially through internal and external training.
• Assist in the development and updating of internal banking regulations.
• Ensure structured and regular reporting to management and relevant committees.
• Convey knowledge through target group-oriented training and content on intranet.

Possess a degree focused on Banking & Finance, Law, Economics, or comparable fields and have several years of professional experience in the compliance sector of a bank or financial services provider. Have practical experience in a control function (Compliance, Audit, Risk Management) and a good understanding of legal entities and corporate structures, as well as economic relationships.

As a communicative, resilient, and committed person, quickly adapt to new tasks. Carry out assignments independently, swiftly, and reliably, convincing with a high standard of quality and good assertiveness. Due to close collaboration with our parent company in France, good French skills are required in addition to English.
