(Senior) Consultant - Regulatory & Compliance FS 80-100% (w/m/d)

Your tasks

• Advise Swiss and international banks, asset managers, and financial service providers on all financial market regulations including the Banking Act, FINIA, FINSA, AMLA, CISA, ESG, FINMA licensing.
• Provide risk and compliance consulting and outsourcing services for financial services clients.
• Draft legal clarifications on financial market law issues, considering Swiss legislation and international influences.
• Draft regulations and directives and review client files.
• Analyze the impact of regulations on financial services providers and develop implementation solutions.

Your profile

• University degree in Law.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a Big4 or comparable environment.
• Strong customer and team orientation as well as high commitment.
• Fluent in French and English.
