Controlling Specialist (100%)

For our client, we are looking for an engaged and analytically thinking personality as Controller (100%). In this versatile position, you will take responsibility for controlling, create sound analyses, and significantly contribute to the financial management of the company.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for operational controlling, including timely preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Ongoing analysis of costs, revenues, and contribution margins as well as identifying optimization potentials.
• Conducting business evaluations and ad-hoc analyses to support sound business decisions.
• Reviewing product profitability and participating in pricing and calculation models.
• Participation in budget planning and monitoring of budget development.
• Ensuring correct maintenance of controlling data and master data in the SAP system.
• Advising and supporting the management in financial and business questions.
• Close collaboration with financial accounting and undertaking cross-departmental special tasks.

What You Bring

• Business training with further education in finance, accounting, or controlling.
• Professional experience in controlling, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Analytical thinking as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style.
• Very good knowledge in SAP and Excel and reliable handling of ERP systems.
• Enjoyment in dealing with numbers and business relationships.
• German at native level and good knowledge of Swiss German and English.
• Independent, responsible, and reliable personality with high initiative.
