Job Description

As a member of the Corporate Controlling team of a publicly traded, global company, you will take on a wide range of finance and controlling tasks. In this role, you will support the group management as well as the financial heads of our group companies worldwide and contribute professionalism, quality awareness, and teamwork to effective collaboration.

• Collaborate in the group consolidation (30 group companies) and in the preparation of monthly financial statements, reporting, and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER, including the management report.
• Support in Financial Compliance (including Non-Financial Reporting, coordination and further development of internal control systems, and conducting internal audits).
• Develop global transfer pricing documentation, including the preparation of Country-by-Country Reporting.
• Create ad hoc analyses and participate in projects (e.g., digitization of processes, Power BI, taxes, M&A).
• Maintain and further develop the consolidation software (Cognos).

Your Profile

• Higher business education (University/FH, auditing, or controlling), several years of experience in consolidation and controlling (preferably in an industrial environment), as well as experience in Swiss GAAP FER.
• Analytical, independent, conceptual, and proactive working style with a pronounced quality standard.
• Excellent IT knowledge in MS Office, Power BI, and SAP; Cognos knowledge is an advantage.
• Fluent communication in German and English, with the ability to present interconnected contexts appropriately.
• Open, communicative personality with international interest and enjoyment in challenging financial topics and contacts with group companies.
• You see moderate travel for internal audits as an enrichment.
