For the continued expansion of the Zurich location, we are looking for you as Director Accounting & Employment Services.
In this role, you will lead and coach a team of around 12 qualified employees in accounting outsourcing and payroll. You will be responsible for planning mandates, and you will develop your employees and contribute significantly to strengthening a modern team culture with high identification.
Professionally, you will engage in the review of annual financial statements, take on demanding special mandates, and ensure the quality of ongoing client support. You will also coordinate collaboration with the international network, participate in proposal management, and independently manage selected mandates. A significant part of your clientele consists of international or globally connected companies. In addition to close client advisory, you will interact with the head office in Geneva and thus contribute to the further development of the business area and the positioning of the Zurich location.
We are addressing individuals with solid fiduciary experience and a qualification as a certified fiduciary expert or certified auditor. Alternatively, we also consider applications from candidates with a degree in Accounting & Controlling, MAS Fiduciary & Company Valuation, or a business background with relevant consulting experience.
For a successful activity in this role, leadership skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders are crucial, along with professional expertise. Experience in the payroll environment is advantageous but not a requirement.
