To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial-minded individual with a pronounced hands-on mentality. As a Finance & Accounting Manager, you will take on a central role in the finance area of our companies. You will be responsible for operational accounting topics and actively contribute to the development of processes and structures.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the main and subsidiary ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable, asset accounting)
• Creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and preparation of the reporting package for the holding according to HBII
• Budgeting, reporting, and analyses in close collaboration with management
• Liquidity planning and ensuring efficient cash management
• Preparation and reconciliation of VAT returns and intercompany reconciliations
• Participation in finance projects and continuous optimization of processes
• Preparation of payroll in collaboration with external service providers

What You Bring

• Commercial training with further education in finance (federal finance specialist) or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, including closing security according to OR
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and experience with SAP Business One; LucaNet knowledge is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Hands-on mentality as well as entrepreneurial and proactive thinking
• Fluent German and good English skills; Swiss German is an advantage
