Finance Business Controllerin / Controller, 80-100%

Ready for an exciting challenge in the Service Center Resources of the Security Directorate (SID)? As a finance planning / controlling specialist, you will work within the department 'Competence Center Finances SID'.

Your Tasks

• Advise management and line managers regarding the planning and control of finances as the direct contact person (controlling business partner) of the offices you supervise.
• Ensure compliance with professional and scheduling requirements within the framework of overall state planning and controlling processes (budgeting, forecasting, trend reporting).
• Maintain the controlling structures of the offices you supervise and ensure the required accounting quality.
• Support the line in credit transactions and manage a proper credit management operation.
• Ensure a need-based financial controlling; prepare relevant leadership information in customer-friendly reporting.
• Actively contribute to the continuous development of processes and tools, and participate in projects.

Your Profile

• Higher business education (University, FH, HF) or commercial qualification with a higher professional qualification in accounting/controlling.
• Several years of experience in controlling or in auditing/trust.
• Experience in commenting on deviations and business reports.
• Experience in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and editorial skills; advisory competence and assertiveness.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and very good Excel skills are required; knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in German and Swiss German (spoken and written).
