Financial and Accounting Specialist, 80-100% (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and optimize workflows, structures, and internal processes.
• Maintain financial accounting for multiple companies, including accounts payable, receivable, and asset accounting, as well as full collections management.
• Prepare monthly reports and solid quarterly and annual financial statements according to internal and external guidelines.
• Assist budget processes and support the preparation of forecasts and financial planning bases.
• Ensure smooth human resource administration during absences and take on administrative tasks to relieve the team.
• Optimize workflows, structures, and internal processes to increase efficiency, transparency, and quality.

Profile

• Training as a financial and accounting specialist or comparable qualification.
• Responsible and quality-oriented personality with a confident and open demeanor.
• Independent, structured, and solution- and process-oriented way of working.
• German: proficient.
