Responsibilities

• Management of ongoing accounting (debtors, creditors, general ledger)
• Preparation and processing of VAT returns
• Independent preparation and participation in interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss Code of Obligations
• Preparation of tax returns for legal entities
• Conducting audits and business analyses
• Operational postings and maintenance of financial data in Microsoft D365
• Preparation of reporting for management
• Support in the further development of controlling instruments
• General administrative activities to assist the HR and Finance Manager

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training (EFZ) in the area of fiduciary or finance
• Further training or ongoing education in finance (e.g., accountant, federal diploma)
• Professional experience in accounting and/or controlling
• Security in final preparation according to OR as well as knowledge of Swiss tax law for legal entities
• Knowledge of inventory evaluation or experience in a trading company is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Microsoft 365 is a plus
• Analytical thinking ability, structured, and independent work style
• High IT affinity and interest in digital work processes
• Team spirit, commitment, and loyalty
