Your Tasks
In this central role within the Management Support Team, you will be responsible for precise and reliable financial accounting. You manage the general ledger, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and take charge of budget creation and reporting to the management and parent company.
You will be responsible for cash and liquidity management, continuously monitor cash flows, identify discrepancies early, and take the necessary actions. Accurate allocations, intercompany reconciliations, and tax declarations are part of your responsibilities.
As a technical contact, you ensure quality in the receivables, payables, and settlement processes, authorize payments, and assist with clarifications.
In the sales process, you closely collaborate with the customer department to ensure clean offer and order reconciliations, with a particular focus on correct handling and maintenance in Bexio.
You will handle complete payroll processing, including annual reports, and ensure clean expense management. Additionally, you maintain a structured filing system and support your team in daily operations.
What Defines You
Federal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in finance
Familiarity with Bexio and PowerBI or high willingness to learn
Very precise, reliable, and structured working style
