Head Client Lifecycle Integrity – Director – Member of Senior Management

As part of its ongoing organisational evolution, Swissquote is creating a new department, the Client Lifecycle Integrity (CLI) Department. Acting as line of defence and independent from the Front Office, the CLI brings together key activities supporting the integrity-related management of private client relationships throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding and periodic reviews to AML transaction monitoring.

Key responsibilities:

1. Leadership, Governance & Stakeholder Management

   • Lead the CLI, defining its strategy, organisation, governance and priorities, establishing clear accountability across the department.
   • Establish and maintain a strong, risk-based control environment, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
   • Drive high standards, quality and effectiveness across CLI activities and report key risk indicators to Executive Management.

2. Client Onboarding, Integrity-related Lifecycle Management & AML Transaction Monitoring

   • Oversee private client onboarding and integrity-related lifecycle activities, ensuring compliant execution and AML monitoring across client segments.

3. Process Effectiveness, Automation & Continuous Improvement

   • Enhance CLI processes focusing on optimisation and technology enablement.
   • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging technology and AI for operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a leadership position in Operations, Compliance, AML or Risk Management within financial services.
• Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• Strong expertise in client lifecycle management, KYC/AML.
• Native French or English speaker, full professional fluency in the other.
