What You Will Achieve

• Scale and optimize accounting and collections processes using digital and AI-driven tools for true "touchless accounting".
• As a leader, support your team and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR and corporate guidelines, ensuring accurate VAT accounting.
• Ensure effective IKS and act as the central contact person for audits.
• Act proactively as a sparring partner in the Finance Team and lead cross-departmental projects.

Your Qualifications

• Business degree, ideally supplemented by additional training in accounting, audit, or digital leadership.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, with several years in a leadership role, ideally in a dynamic SaaS scale-up environment.
• Practical experience with AI agents and digital workflows; deep understanding of accounting processes and ERP landscapes.
• Structured and systematic working style, combined with a strong hands-on mentality.
• High willingness to shape and implement digital projects.
• Clear and understandable communication skills, driven by goal orientation and personal commitment.
• Ability to inspire others with your energy through assertiveness and a positive, sporty mindset.
