Head of Finance / HR / Administration / IT (80 - 100%) (m/f)
The Begegnungszentrum (Generationenhaus) offers 63 residents of various ages the opportunity to live in a nature-oriented environment while maintaining their individuality and independence. Approximately 30 people with mental and/or cognitive impairments live and work in the residential and occupational sector.
We are looking for an Head of Finance / HR / Administration / IT (80 - 100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.
In this role, you will take operational overall responsibility for the areas of Finance, HR, Administration, IT, and Technical Services. Together with the management, you will actively shape the further development of our organization and make an important contribution to ensuring sustainable and forward-looking corporate governance.
Your Responsibilities
- Management of the Finance, HR, Administration, IT, and Technical Services departments.
- Active participation in management and joint responsibility for implementing the corporate strategy.
- Ensure that corporate values and management principles are upheld, as well as advising and supporting management in financial and economic matters.
- Responsibility for strategic financial planning, accounting, financial controlling, and financial reporting.
- Preparing budgets, annual financial statements, investment calculations, and liquidity planning.
- Further development, optimization, and digitization of processes and workflows in the areas responsible.
- Promote a constructive and cross-departmental collaboration within the organization.
- Responsibility for the further development and implementation of personnel, quality, data protection, and compliance concepts.
- Technical and personnel management of directly subordinate employees.
Requirements
- A solid education in finance and accounting, complemented by business administration training at diploma level, HF, FH, or comparable.
- Very good knowledge in accounting, controlling, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
- Several years of professional and management experience, preferably in the social or health sector.
- Knowledge of nursing finance and the accounting regulations according to OR and industry standards of Artiset, Curaviva, and INSOS. Experience with ERP solutions (e.g., LOBOS) as well as a high IT affinity and a passion for digital solutions are an advantage.
- Experience in HR management and enjoyment of actively shaping organizational and strategic issues as a member of management.
- Analytical thinking, networking ability, and a structured and solution-oriented working style.
- A winning and integrative leadership personality with a high level of social competence, service orientation, and assertiveness.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and actively further develop your area.
