Job Overview

Due to the retirement of the current position holder, we are seeking a suitable successor for the position of Head of Finance & Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for financial and accounting matters (financial accounting, controlling, budgeting, and annual financial statements)
• Budgeting, liquidity planning, controlling, and reporting to the management board and supervisory board
• Leadership and development of the finance and HR departments
• Management of the HR area (recruitment, employee development, labor law, payroll)
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
• Interface with external partners such as auditors, fiduciaries, and authorities
• Leading a small team in finance and HR

Requirements

• Higher education in finance/business administration
• Several years of experience in finance and accounting, ideally with leadership experience
• Good knowledge of labor and social security law
• High social competence, integrity, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Native German speaker with very good knowledge of Italian and English

In this position, you will bear responsibility in the areas of finance and human resources while actively engaging in operational day-to-day business.
