Head of Pension & Client Business, Member of Management

Your Area of Responsibility

Be responsible for the overall operations of the demanding and unique core business of the foundation in the areas of occupational pension and mobility. Ensure the effective and efficient implementation of the legal mandate and actively develop the organization.

You manage your organizational area holistically in personnel and financial terms, as well as across several management levels. With your staff at the locations in Zurich, Lausanne, and Bellinzona, you lead a unit that equally demands customer orientation, legal compliance, and adaptability. You create a work culture where performance and development go hand in hand, supporting employees in their professional and personal development.

As a member of the management, you are jointly responsible for the strategic direction of the foundation and contribute to its sustainable positioning in the field of occupational pensions. You drive cross-departmental transformation and optimization initiatives and specifically develop governance and internal control systems. You create a solid decision-making basis for the board of trustees and represent the foundation professionally to relevant stakeholders.

What You Bring

You possess several years of leadership experience at a senior management level or in a comparable key position and lead confidently across multiple hierarchy levels. With strategic foresight, pronounced process understanding, and high adaptability, you specifically develop organizations, structures, and control instruments. You navigate confidently in cross-site, multilingual settings and have extensive experience in occupational pensions.

A university degree or equivalent further education with a focus on social insurance or a related field is required. You possess very good verbal and written language skills in German and Swiss German (at least C1 or B2).
