Intern Controlling / Accounting
Get involved in daily operations and gather practical experience in a professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Support data cleaning and quality assurance in SAP for ongoing projects.
- Conduct consistency checks to ensure reliable data.
- Analyze data discrepancies and assist in identifying and correcting error sources.
- Create and maintain material master data and support in calculations.
- Assist in operational controlling, particularly during month-end closing.
- Prepare ad-hoc evaluations and analyses in Excel and SAP.
- Collaborate closely with departments to clarify data issues and ensure consistency.
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration (at least 5th-6th semester), ideally with a focus on Controlling / Accounting.
- Interest in operational controlling and data analysis.
- Structured and careful work style, especially with repetitive tasks.
- Good Excel skills (e.g., data preparation, basic analysis).
- Affinity for data, systems, and analytical work.
- Initial practical experience in controlling, accounting, or data handling.
- Basic knowledge of SAP (e.g., CO, FI, or logistics processes).
- Interest in understanding processes in production and order processing.
- Very good German and adequate English for simple communication.
- High willingness to learn and motivation to delve into new topics.
- Patience and endurance for extensive data cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently after training.
- Team player with open communication.
