• Ordinary and limited audits, group audits, special audits.
• Mergers and restructurings, special audits.
• Internal audits, project audits, compliance audits, special investigations.
• Tax consulting for companies, international tax consulting.
• Financial accounting with final accounts, planning, reporting.
• Payroll mandates and personnel administration.
• Advising on digital solutions and process flows.
• Corporate and financial consulting, corporate valuations, succession mandates in the SME sector.

Requirements

• Diploma as a certified auditor or certified trustee with authorization as an audit expert.
• Seeking a young expert (female or male) interested in succession.
• Looking for a generalist eager to work broadly with national and international mandates.
• A possible succession in 2, 3, or 4 years is realistic.
• Starting at a reduced workload is possible (80%) and can increase to 100% later.
