Part-time Accounting / Finance (10%) (Student Basis)

We are a boutique agency in Zurich focusing on brand experience and activation, working with leading brands from various industries.
To support our finance department, we are looking for a reliable and hands-on individual with a solid background in accounting.

Responsibilities

• Financial accounting responsibility
• Accounts receivable and payable management
• Preparation, control, and follow-up of invoices
• Control and booking of incoming and outgoing payments
• Support for month-end closings and reconciliations
• Administrative finance tasks
• Support in filing and structuring financial documents
• Assistance and working with Abacus
• Collaboration with external auditors
• Involvement in payroll accounting
• General administrative activities

Profile

• Student or graduate in business administration / finance / accounting / controlling
• Practical experience in accounting / finance processes is essential
• Experience in financial accounting (balance sheet experience) required
• Required knowledge of Abacus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Structured, reliable, and independent work style
• Hands-on mentality
