To strengthen our team in Schwanden, we are looking for a 50% Responsible Assurance immediately or by arrangement.

Your Main Tasks

• Ensure and further develop the company-wide risk management system and methods for risk identification, assessment, and control.
• Ensure, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the internal quality system.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and support external audits.
• Organize and administrate the preparation, execution, and follow-up of the general assembly.
• Record minutes of all board meetings.
• Coordinate medical clarifications and implement medical decisions.

You Bring

• Completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom HF, or federal diploma) in Business Administration or a comparable field.
• Additional qualifications in compliance, risk management, quality management, data protection, or information security.
• Analytical, careful, and independent personality with a flair and joy for the legal and regulatory requirements of an insurance company.
• Accurate and reliable working style combined with advanced IT affinity.
