You enjoy working with numbers, but are also interested in people? In this versatile dual role, you connect both worlds: You independently manage accounts payable and support our HR manager with various tasks related to our employees. You are part of our finance and HR team in an international company.

Your Main Tasks:

Finance:

• Responsible for the entire accounts payable workflow (vendor invoices) from invoice entry to payment.
• Payment transactions domestically and internationally, including creating and checking payment notices.
• Managing the expense process including review, allocation, and posting.
• Conducting reconciliations in accounts payable.
• General support for the finance team in various administrative and accounting activities, such as reclaiming withholding tax.

HR:

• Assistance in personnel administration and recruiting.
• Support in payroll administration.
• Maintaining HR statistics.
• Managing the time tracking system.
• General support for the HR manager in various operational and strategic tasks.

Your Profile:

• After your commercial training, you have already gained several years of professional experience in various areas of accounting.
• You are used to working independently, accurately, and reliably, and you stand out as a committed, flexible, and resilient team player.
• You appreciate a varied and broad working area and can draw on in-depth expertise and very good Excel skills, which help you maintain composure and independently manage your tasks in a dynamic environment.
• You are an open, loyal, and communicative person with a high sense of responsibility, show initiative, and do not lose sight of practical implementation.
• You have very good German and English skills.
