Your Tasks

• Responsibility and monitoring of personnel budgets and forecasts
• Support for management and departmental heads in decisions regarding personnel planning and cost control
• Sparring partner for the controlling department and management
• Participation in monthly and annual closings
• Evaluation and interpretation of financial, performance, and personnel key figures
• Regular exchange with internal stakeholders
• Further development of our HR cockpit
• Preparation and analysis of reports for various stakeholders
• Responsibility for external personnel statistics (e.g., BfS personnel hospital statistics)
• Financial support in projects
• Further development of the interface between HR and finances

Your Profile

• Several years of practical experience in controlling, ideally with a focus on personnel, preferably in a hospital environment
• Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel, HCe knowledge is an advantage
• Motivated, open, and team-oriented personality with a high level of quality awareness
• Strong analytical skills as well as high interconnected, proactive, and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• High level of personal responsibility, initiative, and independence
