Tax Commissioner in Corporate Tax Law

Welcome to the fascinating world of taxes! The cantonal tax office collects taxes for the federal government, the canton, and the municipalities. We support individuals and companies throughout the tax collection process. Around 800 qualified employees at the location in Zurich Altstetten engage in this effort.

In the corporate area, legal-compliant assessments with a focus on corporate tax law are carried out. We are looking for suitable reinforcement for our construction department as soon as possible.

Your future tasks:

• Review of tax returns and annual accounts of legal entities and self-employed individuals (income and wealth taxes as well as refund of withholding tax)
• Conduct assessments after clarifying the relevant facts
• Evaluation of binding official advance rulings (rulings) as well as responsibility in legal proceedings (in particular, objection procedures and first-instance proceedings before the tax appeals court)
• Written, telephone, and personal communication with our clients or their representatives

Your profile:

• Completed business or legal studies or an equivalent higher commercial vocational education (dipl. tax expert, dipl. auditor, or equivalent education)
• Professional demeanor and articulate German in spoken and written form; good English skills are a plus
• Tax law experience in tax consulting, fiduciary services, or administration is advantageous
• Resilience, high service orientation, and the ability for analytical, goal-oriented, and networked thinking
