Team Leader Finance & Controlling

Versatile and challenging task in business administration, finance & controlling with team leadership.

Our client is a very innovative and modern company located in Bern. In the course of succession planning, we are looking for an engaged and dynamic personality as a doer (female and male) as Team Leader Finance & Controlling.

In a manageable team, you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Leadership of a team with about 3 employees including development and coaching.
• Further development of financial controlling and establishment of modern control instruments.
• Ensuring smooth processes in finance, budgeting.
• Optimizing and further developing in digitization projects and processes.
• Designing the ERP landscape and further developing existing systems.
• Business partner for the management.
• Leading and/or participating in projects.
• Stakeholder, customer, and supplier management.

We are looking for candidates with further education in business administration or comparable qualifications. You bring work experience in leadership, business administration, finance & controlling. You have pronounced conceptual thinking, analytical skills, and a structured approach. You communicate appropriately, are customer and service-oriented, and have a high IT and process affinity. Language skills: Native German and preferably French.
