Drive the audit of valuations for Level 3 investments across all asset classes including private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate.
Manage audits of companies preparing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC filings.
Prepare audit files for Partner review and assist in presenting audit findings to management or Board of Directors.
Develop and extend relationships with clients, actively supporting them in technical accounting matters.

Your Skill Set

Possess a university degree in accounting or equivalent with US CPA qualification or equivalent, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
Have more than 8+ years of demonstrable international experience in a similar role at a Big 4 company, showcasing a solid background in the Private Markets industry.
Exhibit extensive auditing experience in US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC filings, highlighting your technical expertise.
Demonstrate proficiency in digital audit transformation, SOX, PCAOB standards, and the latest audit technologies, showcasing adaptability and innovation.
Possess knowledge of the USA market, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client and team interactions.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, German language proficiency is a plus.
