Accountant/Tax Consultant with experience in fiduciary (activity rate to be defined between 80% to 100%)

Your Profile:
With at least 5 years of professional experience in a fiduciary company, you have a strong interest in accounting and taxation. You are able to take over any accounting, work autonomously, possess a good sense of organization and analysis.
You value quality work, take responsibilities seriously, and strictly respect confidentiality.
You enjoy working in a team in a healthy work environment, with a long-term vision focused on human factors.

Your Responsibilities:
As a collaborator of a consulting firm active in the accounting and fiscal field for demanding clients, you will perform the following tasks for our clients:

• Keep the accounting for Swiss SMEs;
• Prepare financial statements and draft annual accounts;
• Assist in reconciliations and controls;
• Prepare VAT returns and other AFC forms;
• Taxation of individuals and legal entities;
• Manage salaries, social charges, and HR administration;
• Handle supplier invoices and payments;
• Develop and implement accounting tools;
• Conduct audits of Swiss companies (limited audits, special audits, and brief reviews);
• Provide advice to businesses and individuals;
• Carry out other regular fiduciary work and administrative follow-up;
• Manage a client portfolio;

Required Skills:
Capacity to manage multiple mandates simultaneously and to find pragmatic solution-focused results. Confirmed experience in the fiduciary field with good knowledge of Win Biz, Dr Tax, and other accounting tools such as Bexio or ODOO. Proficiency in standard IT tools such as MS Office (particularly Outlook, Excel).

Personality:
Detail-oriented, capable of managing both periodic and ad hoc tasks. A conscientious person who values customer service and respects deadlines, with a good stress tolerance and adaptability. A committed and versatile person wishing to balance quality of life and motivating work.

Minimum Required Profile:

• Minimum 5 years in a fiduciary company
• Confirmed experience in managing multiple accounting portfolios
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Native French speaker with good knowledge of English or German is a plus.
