Compliance Officer - Monitoring (6 months)

As a Compliance Officer, you will be part of the Legal & Compliance Department and work in the Monitoring Team. Your tasks will include:

• Analyze and validate cash and security transfers from a compliance and AML perspective.
• Review digital asset deposits and withdrawals from an AML/CTF standpoint.
• Carry out reviews of High Risk Transactions and provide clarification documentation.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence and transactional behavior analysis.
• Identify and escalate suspicious activities and sanctions-related exposure.
• Assess clients' Source of Funds and Wealth related to digital assets.
• Participate in key regulatory projects.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Laws or Economics is a strong asset.
• 3-5 years of experience in Compliance Monitoring.
• Good knowledge of Swiss banking laws, particularly in AML regulations.
• Knowledge of crypto is an asset.
• Excellent command of English and French (German is a strong asset).
• Proactive with good analytical skills and ability to handle various tasks.
• Strong team player in a multicultural environment.
