Finance and Accounting Specialist

The Réseau Santé Haut-Léman (RSHL) aims to provide the population of Eastern Vaud and Valais Chablais with a coordinated and innovative regional health system. It develops and coordinates services that promote continuity of care and supports its partners in improving their practices. To ensure the continuity of its financial and accounting activities, RSHL is looking for a:

Mission

• Handle accounting and closures
• Manage budgeting and control management
• Reporting and decision support for management
• Coordinate with cantonal authorities, revision bodies, and external partners

Responsibilities

• Ensure functional responsibility for general and analytical accounting, in collaboration with administrative staff and external partners.
• Contribute to budget preparation and ensure monitoring and budget control.
• Perform periodic closures and prepare annual accounts.
• Ensure the quality of analytical accounting and produce necessary financial information.
• Develop financial reporting for management.
• Conduct financial analyses, management indicators, and dashboards.
• Oversee financial follow-up of specific projects and funding.
• Coordinate relationships with fiduciaries, auditors, cantonal authorities, and other financial partners.
• Provide functional supervision and support to administrative staff involved in financial and accounting processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative, financial, and internal control processes.

Your Profile

• Federal diploma as a finance and accounting specialist or equivalent training.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of accounting and ability to work independently.
• Very good knowledge of Excel and standard office tools.
• Experience in the health or parapublic sector and knowledge of Opale bluePearl are assets.
