Ready for an exciting challenge in the "Service Center Resources" of the Security Directorate (SID)? As a finance planning/controlling specialist, you will work within the "Finance Competence Center SID".

Your tasks

• Advise management and line managers regarding finance planning and control as a direct/contact person (Controlling Business Partner) for the offices you manage.
• Ensure compliance with legal and scheduling requirements in state-wide planning and controlling processes (budgeting, forecasting, trend reporting).
• Maintain controlling structures for the offices you manage and ensure necessary accounting and posting quality.
• Support departments in credit transactions and operate a compliant credit management system.
• Ensure need-based financial controlling; prepare relevant leadership information in customer-oriented reporting.
• Actively contribute to the continuous development of processes and instruments and participate in projects.

Your profile

• Higher business education (University, FH, HF) or commercial training with higher qualifications in accounting/controlling.
• Several years of experience in controlling or in audit/trust services.
• Several years of experience in commenting on deviations and business reports.
• Experience in preparing monthly and annual accounts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and editorial skills; advisory competence and assertiveness.
• Solid experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP) and very good Excel skills required; knowledge of Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
• Good communication skills in German and English (verbal and written).
